Join ABC Chesapeake Shores for a live, virtual presentation on "How to Review a Subcontract Like a Lawyer". This presentation will cover the essential contract terms that all subcontractors should consider before undertaking a project, including but not limited to: payment clauses, termination clauses, change order requirements, and indemnification agreements, among others. Kate’s lesson will supply the tools necessary for subcontractors to properly review and negotiate a prime subcontractor's subcontract agreement.  



Kate Lawrence founded Lawrence Law in 2013 with the objective of developing an accessible and full-service law firm for members of the construction industry. Kate represents businesses in both litigation and corporate matters, and her clients range from small family-owned companies to multi-million dollar commercial enterprises.
